Some features of this system will be creating vacancies, storing application data, and Interview process initiation, Scheduling interviews, storing Interview results for the applicant and finally Hiring of the applicant. Reports may be required to be generated for the use of the HR group. This project ‘Online Recruitment System’ is an online website in which jobseekers can register themselves and then attend the exam. Based on the outcome of the exam the jobseekers will be short listed. For fresher, the exam will be conducted at some venue after short listing of the preliminary Aptitude Test. The details of the examination, venue & Date of the examination will be made available to them through the

Website.

Description www.buzzrecruit.com is a recruiter’s website where clients can find the candidates matching to their criteria.

In this application candidates can search jobs according to their job profile. This application has two module admin and user interface.

It has multiple admin to access admin module, we can add, edit and delete admin.

Admin can manage pages content using FCK editor.

Admin can search, add, edit and delete vacancy using sector, location, title, date, salary etc. Admin can add, edit, and delete documents of candidates.

In user module candidates can search vacancy by selecting sector and region and can apply for vacancy.

Candidates can forward vacancy to their friends.

Candidates can register his/her profile and upload their resume.

Candidates can subscribe newsletter.

Recruiters can search candidates by job title and region and can contact.
