EXPERIENCE_____________________________________________________

• Highly experience in maintaining and repairing production equipment with the use of all hand and power tools.

• Lite electrical, stop/start circuits. Motor change outs, drive shafts, check for bearing wear and fatigue, gear boxes, etc.

• Fabricate parts for custom fit for indexing machines. Build indexing machines for medical I.V. components and for Rain Bird sprinkler Co.

• Specialty in printing equipment. Repair stackers, conveyors, strappers.

• Lite Mill and Lathe machining. Stick welding.

• Managed and supervise maintenance department.

• Daily inspect production equipment. Inspect for proper oiling and greasing. Take note of any repairs needed for cause and appropriate action needed. Report findings to department manager for scheduled repairs and P.M.’s.

• Managed and distribute work assignments to maintenance personnel. Maintain documentation records on all repairs.

• Purchasing: Contact outside vender for parts and supplies. Maintain parts inventory. Complete parts requests. Negotiate with outside vendors for project quote bids.

• Conduct Safety Inspections monthly, check and identify any machinery defencencys and or safety hazardous. Insure that all company safety policies are being followed. Write report and distribute to all company departments for review and issues that need addressing.

• Maintain building inside and out. Repair plumbing, light fixtures, grounds keeping and overall proper repairs and appereance.

• Maintain Hazardous Waste records and arrange for proper disposal.

• Maintain Rain Water runoff , Waste Water Testing

• A member of Safety Committee.

• Emergency Preparedness Committee member.

• Communication Committee member.
