• Screening of the mini-core collection of Arachis hypogea (peanuts) for Acquired thermotolerance. (Project work carried out in U.S. Department of Agriculture, Lubbock, Texas)
• Parental screening of peanuts for DNA level polymorphism.
- DNA extraction, PCR using different primers, Gel electrophoresis, Fragment Analysis of amplified products with CEQ- 8000, data entry.
• Developing genetic linkage map of BC1 tetraploid peanuts.
• DNA extraction and amplification of algae samples by use of PCR.
