Department of Defense IT Assessment The project team, upon request, shall provide the capability to support three separate networks: Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and Coalition Enterprise Information Exchange (CENTRIX).
