B.Tech Project : Modernization of Load Tube in Load Hanger

Description : Load Hanger is one of the major components in boiler construction. This project aims to increase the productivity and decrease the manufacturing coast of load tube in the load hanger. According to the detailed analysis of load hanger and its manufacturing, we conclude that improper specification of pipe used to make the load tube leads to the 30% extra manufacturing cost.
