Debbie has over twenty years as a Business Process and Database Analyst and Technical Writer and has strong documentation skills in the IT industry working for the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosive (ATF), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). She used her analytical skills to work with her clients to develop the business goals and processes they had into well defined and verifiable requirements that were testable once the business process and/or the software was developed from the client needs. She was involved in diagramming various database systems from inception or once enhancements were made to existing applications that entailed updating the flow of information gathered by the product. Each arrow shown in the diagrams was a corresponding entry in the Create, Update, and Reference matrix. She oversaw all documentation specific to the HEAT system as well as was tasked with reviewing and rewriting the SDLC documentation for the ATF IT software for numerous projects and heavily involved in the IT division’s review and overall of the SDLC process and documentation to a System Life Cycle (SLC) process and the accompanying documentation for all the ATF division’s software and processes. Debbie also has extensive experience with Crystal Reports. She has worked in Helpdesk, Support, Analyst and System Administrator roles. She has strong HEAT experience and has worked as a member of the HEAT Team where she was responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Help Desk and project tracking system. At the Department of Transportation/Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration, she was responsible for the development of the HEAT trouble ticket and asset management system.
