03/2009 to 07/2009: Steelbeach Productions
At Steelbeach Productions, I worked with the Art Director to design and
program flash presentations, interactive online training modules and custom
graphics, Other projects included designing vector icons, developing posters
and I have been in charge of multiple animation projects, creating visual
representations of dialogue and information.
09/2008 to 12/2008: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida
I was hired by Blue Cross on a 3-month contract to help design a new web portal.
Achievements:
My ability to work independently and quickly complete the project task enabled
BCBSF to utilize my talents on other projects, such as redesigning user-interfaces
across various applications and producing new graphics, logos and presentations
for merchandise and message-driven illustrations.
The Head of Information Management at Blue Cross has provided me with a ‘To
Whom It May Concern’ reference recommending my web design skills and advanced
Photoshop capabilities and confirming that BCBSF is happy to use me for
future projects, based on my availability.
10/2007 to 08/2008: Bizatomic (Web Design Company) — Florida
As Lead Designer, my primary role was to create e.commerce and Joomla websites.
Approximately 95% of my workload was clean-sheet. Other projects consisted of
replicating existing websites and transferring them to new platforms.
Achievements:
Designed some 300 customer websites for Bizatomic, a fast-paced company, requiring
high-speed delivery & ability to create web designs that accurately reflect the client’s vision.
My skill level allowed the company to take on higher paying, prestigious companies
such as SkyeLabMusic, operated by Arthur Skye a well-known music producer whose
client’s include Madonna, Will Smith, Queen Latifah, Alicia Keyes and other
household names.
Work to tight schedules on projects lasting between 3 to 30 hours and spanning
diverse markets, these include the music industry, insurance, medical, sports,
architecture, camping supplies, furniture, real estate, coffee stores, veterinary etc.
Ability to quickly conceptualize and deliver content that matches client
expectations is enhanced by my regular interaction with customers. I arrange
one-on-one design consultations to discuss my customer’s corporate image,
possible color schemes, website layout and business objectives. This information
is used to visually represent them on the web.
Bizatomic was sold and saw a downturn in business, which is the reason behind
my move from the company. The company President has provided a ‘To Whom
It May Concern’ reference and comments that he would “definitely rehire me
if/when business conditions permit.”
02/2007 to 09/2007: GreenbackStreet.com — Florida (formerly Pinnacle)
As Graphical Designer, my role was to create multiple compositions for the
company’s websites: Shop4Zero.com, KlikFire.com & GateNetMarketing.com.
The company also had a requirement to market their product offerings alongside
well-known household brands. Consequently, I designed web images/pages with the
‘look and feel’ of established brand, such as recreating the style of Apple.com
for GateNetMarketing.
Additionally, I created flyers, posters, banners, presentations, logos, custom art,
email blasts, layouts, online games, business cards and managed all website updates,
including proof reading spelling, grammar and writing copy.
Achievements:
Improvements in web functionality and page objectives, through a combination of
competitive analysis and the incorporation of new design concepts.
A reinforced corporate identity using wireframes for layout and navigation, color-
schemes and custom images.
Writing multiple management reports researching Social Shopping websites—design
layout, functionality and the psychology supporting those decisions.
Freelance: 10/2006 to 01/2007: Superior IT Solutions — Florida

networks, software, web hosting and IT support. Reporting to the Company
President, my responsibilities included creating and delivering graphics art and
web-design services for client websites. My services were retained on a 'self employed
basis' working both on-site and from my home-studio as/when required.
Part-time: 2002 to 2004: BERTL.com — New Jersey
I spent about 20-months working on a part-time/freelance basis for BERTL.com, a
leading on-line electronic publishing company catering to the digital imaging industry.
