Little Rock, Arkansas. Reviewing, rewriting, and editing on-line modules

for e-learning, CEU's, and completing CAVHS

Accomplishments while at CAVHS, working as a student under the SCEP Program

with Dr. Steven Hughes, PhD.

Directed and scripted a video production of appropriate training methods

for trainers in conjunction with a program for the University of AR at

Little Rock's Adult Education Program. This program is used for teaching

Graduate level students in Adult Education, Program Planning by introducing

Interactive Learning Models represented in the textbook written by Dr.

Rosemary Caffarella, Ph.D.

Conducted training modules for new employees at Central Arkansas Veterans

Healthcare Systems, in education and Veteran's issues during new employee

orientation.

Trained and taught Supervisors in adult education techniques and

interventions, to include presentations of mandatory training for new

employees, in Environment of Care, Ethics, Infection Control, Equal

Employment Opportunity, Safety, Benefits, Information Security and Patient

Relations/ Customer Service and Education.

Directed new employee orientation every two weeks, for new employees at the

North Little Rock and Little Rock VA campuses. Organized presenters,

scheduling and rescheduling presentations with Service Chiefs. Documented

evaluation results from survey questions, recording qualitative results and

information. Organized data applicable for assessments, qualifying training

methods

Authored a 200 page resource manual for orientation, so employees have

access to annual reviews on mandates, policies, and procedures of the

Federal Government. This was conducive to HR policies

University of Arkansas at Little Rock Internship agreement with VA-

Over 20 hours of video recording of a presentation explaining the

"Interactive Learning Model" by Dr. Rosemary Caffarella. This presentation

is still used at UALR Graduate School for Adult Education in the Program

Planning courses.
