Mini Project: Design and Fabrication of Quick Return Mechanism Using Cam and Follower

Key Role : Team Leader

Summary of the Project: only we are using Cam and Follower to design the Quick return mechanism. Generally several type of quick return mechanism are there i.e Crank and Slotted link, whithworth etc.,. But this Cam and follower is comparing other to return time is High speed. This will be very low space and some familiar components in it, and even the cam rotates with uniform angular velocity motion. And this to be cost is very low.

Main project: Investigation of natural fiber composite material by using broiler feathers

Key role : Be preferred the mould for brake lever, plate,rod

Summary of the project: In my project main motto is to using reduce the cost and reuse waste material. So we choose broiler feather, resin and hardener. We are preparing the mould of brake lever by using plaster of Paris. We finally the brake lever is manufactured by mixing of natural fiber with resin and hardener. We check the mechanical property new brake lever.
