I am an a dedicated individual with integrity , passion , commitment and motivation, which drives me to undertake and complete challenging complex tasks, always reaching and very often exceeding projected goals. Logical and lateral thinking allows me to carefully consider situations and remove issues and obstacles for success ensuring those around me are equally challenged to achieve their aims and enjoy similar success.
I am an out-going person with excellent communication and networking skills which combined with enthusiasm provides the inner belief and confidence to both work with others and succeed individually.

Weekly under 11’s football Coach.
Responsible for groups of 20 children aged 6–11 years old throughout a 2 day coaching plan.
The role within Building futures requires me to produce weekly football coaching session
plans, Coach Football skills to ages noted above, delivering professional level training and
motivation with a role
model for success , being a stable and integral mentor to junior coaches and students alike.
This demanding role requires me to be calm, considerate, responsible, professional, quick thinking with an ability to communicate at all levels – internally and externally.
I would like to think that my role at Building futures mixes the fun of sport with the passion for success requiring flexibility of approach to be integrated with a dynamic and gregarious personality.
Football Coach

DERBY COUNTY FOOTBALL CLUB
Derby County Football club are an established premier division club within the United Kingdom with a heritage of success. In recent years the club has developed into a competitive global brand delivering a sporting product to the enthusiastic fan base for progressive attacking and entertaining football.
The role developed over a period of time – taking the message and skills to the community of derby, visiting schools talking to the children and students, demonstrating developmental skill sets and arranging proactive training sessions.
My role within the club as to promote positive football to children ages 15 and under, developing skills and leadership qualities within individuals within community roles. I also assisted with the coaching of senior players within the club to further develop their potential whilst also promoting my own communications skills.

USSI- New Jersey
May 2008 – September 2008
I was a sports coach in which was responsible for groups of 10- 15 children all week coaching 20 or more sports in all different locations around New Jersey. I was responsible for designing a making up own sessions and delivering to the children in an enjoyable and effective manner. As well as just coaching day in day out it was my responsibility that after every day completed there was a complete equipment check and that all of my team had completed their tasks accordingly.
University of Derby (Buxton) men’s football team coach

I volunteered to be the universities football coach in which I was then the player coach in which i had to devise session plans and carry out sessions for the university squads and also help to select squads and tactics for games for the university.

Achievements and success:
Throughout my life I have completed many challenges and goals, things such as coming 2nd place out of the whole of England in the Pitch, Hit, Run baseball finals. Along with this I have played district basketball whilst being at high school, my sporting career also continues as I played cricket for local team. My most enjoyable success is that I have played football for 5 years, gaining many trophies and getting to finals.
Interests:
My passion is football and the development of football to others, identifying raw talent and maturing such talent into expansive professional individuals. I have continuously played for many years and have coached a variety of different teams at various levels always with success, winning many titles, medals and trophies. I enjoy coaching and contributing my skills into young players to see them develop, also I attend church regularly where I am a youth worker and help others.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going down to the gym to keep myself physically and mentally fit.
