Created a safety leadership program for the Barnwell Weave Plant by conducting assessments, safety meetings, accident investigations, and presenting the plant safety record at the Milliken Monthly Corporate Meeting. Developed a machine guarding a Lock Out/Tag Out Program to protect the employees from significant plant hazards. Initiated a new safety culture.
