RegEd’s Xchange platform provides ways to manage contracting, insurance licensing, securities registration, audit management and annual compliance requirements/filing.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product release, change management and data management and full life cycle project management for the Xchange platform including Resident and Non-Resident Producer / Adjuster Licensing and Securities transactions

• Analyze changes to State Licensing forms / Securities forms from NIPR & FINRA and design and implement those changes to the forms. Implement corresponding changes in the Xchange contracting database to ensure currency of the database

• Create Change Controls and test the changes made to the new forms before release

• Use XML for data mapping and data transfer between Xchange and NIPR/FINRA

• Maintain the knowledgebase/database, validate data and business rules using SQL and MS-Access to support the release of the applicable new state form(s)

• Monitor NIPR and DTCC batch cycles / transactions on a daily basis
