Smiths Group, PLC is a global $4B high-technology company. Human resources oversight for Microwave Components & Subsystems technology group primarily in defense and aerospace industry sectors (seven business units, ~900 EEs in CA, MA, MD, FL, Scotland, & Ireland.

* Saved $400,000+ in recruitment fees while managing a 50% technical workforce increase over 10 months at one SBU.
