The facility is to provide an educational opportunity to students to learn aspects in the world of aviation. Job duties included approving and pricing change orders, supervising crews, detailed labor tracking, change order negotiations, manage labor force, and developing and maintaining the budget, installing on demand generator.

• Project Manager for a $100 million job at the Dulles International Airport with job duties that included pricing change orders, developing O &M manuals, supervising crews, labor tracking, job costing, change order negotiations, manage labor force, and developing and maintaining the budget. Estimated the electrical portion of a $3 billion job in the Middle East and a $330 million job with the department of defense and won the contract.
