Job duties included approving and pricing change orders, supervising crews, detailed labor tracking, change order negotiations, manage labor force, and developing and maintaining the budget, installing on demand generator.

• Project Manager for a $100 million job at the Dulles International Airport with job duties that included pricing change orders, developing O &M manuals, supervising crews, labor tracking, job costing, change order negotiations, manage labor force, and developing and maintaining the budget. Estimated the electrical portion of a $3 billion job in the Middle East and a $330 million job with the department of defense and won the contract.
