Planning for the production of Textile & Steel Cord Conveyor Belting Line.

• Responsible for Supply Section of Textile & Steel Cord Conveyor Belt Building Line.

• Delivering monthly production and quality targets.

• On line supervision of non conformity of the process material- giving reasonable solution to

overcome the problem.

• Monitoring in-process and on-line product.

• Looking after the safety of the people working at shop floor; driving them to the goal towards

‘0’ Accident.

• Overall Shop Floor Management of the Textile Conveyor Belting Line.

• Resource Management.

• Co-ordinate with the Engineering Department people when Break Down occurs to any Machine.

• Co-ordinate with the other Departments like Production Planning, Purchase, QTM, Despatch

Department to confirm resource availability.

• Developing good interpersonal relationship with the people working in the shift and motivating

them towards highest production output maintaining quality and safety norms.
