Overall construction value: $41 Million dollars.

Electrical contract value (inclusive of change orders): $3 million dollars.

Completed project and moved back to Florida.

Supervised the new construction of a triple hi-rise 167 unit luxury condominium in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (“Landmark at the Gardens”). Managing 60+ man crew on six day work week. Project schedule was on time and under budget.

Overall construction value: $ 71 Million dollars.

Electrical contract value (inclusive of change orders): $ 6.5 million dollars.

Completed project and resigned for USVI opportunity.
