• I. T. I. in Electrical passed in the year 2009 with 72% from S.G. I. T. C Maradimath, Belgaum, Karnataka under NCVT, Delhi.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Calibration and Troubleshooting of all field and panel instruments.

2. Preventive Maintenance of all plant instruments.

3. Worked as a DCS operator in 30 ton FBC boiler.

• Worked as a Instrumentation Technician in Shivasagar sugars for the period of 6 months.

• Presently Employed in Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited as Instrumentation Technician since from 25.09.2009.

WORK EXPOSURE:

• 6.23 MW Cogeneration power Plant,

• 33 TPH IJT boiler, 75 Kg/cm2 drum pressure. Backpressure type.

• 1.8 MW Power Generations from Bio Gas Engines.

• Drum level, De-aerator level, Main steam pressure, Desuperheater control, Combustion control, and Furnace draft control. And also PRDS Section.

• Total Automation of Bio Gas and H2S Scrubber and ETP Plant.

• Control Valves-Forbes Marshall, Mazda, RK control valves, Pneucon.

• Flow meters-Electromagnetic, Vortex, Mass flow meters.

• Weigh bridge-Avery (30 ton), Essae (50 ton). Essae(50ton), Platform Scales...

Areas of Interest : Process Control and Plant Automation.
