I offer a complete set of steam fitting, millwright and HVAC skills with twenty years of experience:

Ability to perform in all phases of steam fitting and Millwright skills with HVAC system skills

Experience with the design, installation, and maintenance of a complete heat treat department: carburizing furnaces, endothermic gas generators, and convection temper furnaces with ammonia and nitrogen support systems.

Supervisory experience: specifically and personally successful in continuous improvement program standards with million-dollar-plus natural gas cost reductions annually.

Industrial Journeyman Union Steam pipefitter/Millwright

Directly responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of heat treat furnaces, endothermic gas generators, temper furnaces, and washer systems. Manager of equipment planning and installation in addition to the continuous improvement process teams.

Solely responsible for a corporate savings of over one million cubic feet per week for the last five years through significant production output increase and a 60% decrease in natural gas usage. I was commended by upper management and industry leaders for Continuous Improvement achievements in our department.

Instrumental in the implementation of the York natural gas heat pump assembly line.
