As a Senior Program Manager within the Professional Services team and then the Hosting PMO team, her mission was to lead programs within the client delivery team, managing multiple projects from concept to delivery, while ensuring that she exceeded client success metrics. She also managed the information security activities (PCI, SOX, HIPAA, SAS70) to audits and certifications.
• Managed the infosec activities from process, control definition and implementation to security audits (SOX, SAS70) including the first PCI (Payment by Card Industry) certification in the division. The division was certified in 6 months and within the schedule communicated to the management and customer.
• Lead and drive a cross functional team for the clients Citibank and Vonage.

• Managed each project from concept to launch, including ROI validation checks, resource allocation and milestones definition and planning.
