MANAGED IT Support and Application Development projects for HP. Coordinated all aspects
of application support activities for fifteen applications using project management best
practices; led two application development projects using outsourced resources;

DIRECTED the delivery of three NSK operating systems for Hewlett Packard. Planned

Upgraded a suite of PMO tools to meet the needs of the business in the NonStop division.
This assignment consisted of performing a gap analysis that examined the features
provided by the tools and the requirements set by the PMO. Having established the scope
of the project that would bridge the gap, I provided an estimate of work and was assigned
the task of developing the new set of tools. The project was delivered on time with the
desired set of features and repairs as estimated. My contract was extended with a new
assignment as developer for the CRIS project. I was given specifications for an
application that converted textural documents into a set of predefined tables that were
part of larger application used for releasing production builds of the NSK operating
system.
