Sr. Project Engineer

- Lead, promoted and motivated employees on lean manufacturing. Plan, implement and direct lean projects and Kaizen workshops.

- Work with equipment vendor install groups as well as client engineers, on design, progress, install, and debug.

- Analyze Customer Returns – Provide root cause analysis and timely corrective actions as appropriate
