RESPONSIBILITIES : Project planning, management and monitoring of ongoing projects areas the country to ensure lamely costs effective and profitable operation of project in the desired target. Estimation and budget on of project executing the project with proper planning and co-ordination with client consulting with the vendor sub-contractors settlement of measurement and billing of project and co-ordination between client and contractor .

ACHIVEMENTS

• Rehabilitation of ROB of GUNA which include replacement of 136nos old elastomeric bearing with new elastomeric bearing, 400kg epoxy grouting of structure preparing by 250sq m t r Epoxy Mortar and 300 bags cement injecting grouting.

• Rehabilitation of ARIC River at Moradabad which include replacement of 04nos old Roller bearing with new POT PTFE bearing and replacement of 77 m t r old buried joint with new compressed seal joint.

• Rehabilitation and repair of ATHWA Flyover(1.2km)and Ring Road (1.8km) in Surat which include removal of 42000sq m t r old bituminous and concrete bearing coat and laying of new M-35 grade concrete bearing coat with vaccum de-watering system.

• Replacement of 1400RM old buried joints with new strip seal joints system, 2380sq m t r polymer mortar repair at pier caps deck slabs girder and super structure.

• Rehabilitation of Veer Savarkar bridge , Goregaon Gen Karia-ppa bridge Borivali & Wadala bridge, which includes replacement of 800RM old buried expansion joints, 635 bags cement grouting and 1400kg epoxy grouting in the deck slabs and piers and pier’s caps.

• Rehabilitation of Jetty at Mundar Port includes 42 piles 690 sq mtr Epoxy mortar and 480sq m t r polymer mortar at piles and shore piles of Jetty by Jacketing method and 2000kg epoxy grouting and mortar work on deck slabs and piles.

• Rehabilitation of Jetty at Surat Port of Essar Group, which include 27nos piles removing the rust from exposed reinforcement and spoiled concrete and covered by applying rusticides, primer and epoxy, 370sqm t r polymer mortar by jacketing and 600kg injection the epoxy and 182 bags cement grout in the deck slabs and piles.

• Rock anchoring 85nos of 80MT at Bandra-Kurla Complex of Parinee Dev Pvt. Ltd., 45nos anchors of 50MT in Varun Industry at Vasai.

• 115nos Rock cum shore pilling and anchoring of 205MT at Hotel Horizon in Juhu beach, Mumbai.

4. ORGANIZATION : M/S SHANKAR CONSTRUCTION CO. SUB-CONTRACTOR OF P N C INFRATECH LTD., AGRA.

PROJECT : Four lanning of National Highway of NH3 from Km 70.00 to 85.00 which include four lane road construction and two bridges at Kunwari River Bridge and Assan River Bridge.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Project planning management and monitoring of ongoing project and proper planning and coordination with clients consulting engineers within the estimated budget and settlement of measurement and billing of project.
