Directed quality systems for internal and external customers(Whirlpool, General Electric, Sharp,Electrolux, Overhead Door, Kawneer-Alcoa, and Bosch) and was responsible for managing and leading multi-level quality personnel and technical staff.

-Successfully developed and integrated internal quality systems that reduced internal defects/PPM by 50% in first year of implementation by utilizing lean, six sigma applications.

-Developed quality goals and measurements for reporting to the organization and the management staff.

-Reduced final assembly defects by 75% by improving method of measure with integration of technology and reducing scrap by 80% using in-depth root cause analysis which help grow the company revenues from $10 million to $25 million in a five year period.
