I joined JACOBS as Senior Process/Commissioning Engineer for Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project in Abu Dhabi.

BYCO Oil Pakistan Limited. (Nov 08 to Feb 12)

I joined BOPL as Senior Process Engineer in Process Design department. Work on P&ID up gradation and modeling of the refining and petrochemical units.

- Project management and process study of modification.

- Optimize the process design, including cost and utility consumption.

- Process engineering calculations

- Heat & Mass balances

- Process equipment specifications, data sheets, and bid tabulations (e.g. fractionating columns, heat exchangers)

I worked in Pakistan Refinery limited; Karachi as Process Engineer in Technical & Projects department for Five Years.

- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of various process equipments like Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Surface Condensers, Air Coolers, Distillation Columns, Turbines, Compressors, Furnaces, Reactors, Cooling Towers, Degasifier, Deaerator and Boilers etc.

- Energy and Material balance of units.

- Acting as an interface among Technical services, laboratory and operation departments of the company.

- Daily plant Monitoring and Data Logging of Crude, Hydrotreater, Platformer and Utilities section to integrate the plant data base system and to evaluate the key performance indicators.
