Asked to write a weekly forum in the YMCA newsletter on nutrition and healthy eating. Information included cost efficient meals, quick prep time for meals, simple menu planning, store tours, tricks on substitutions, allergies, tips on healthy eating for children, and numerous menus that applied to that particular week’s course. Menus and pamphlets were provided using intense knowledge of different diseases and problems that correlated with clients who partook in the course.
