Deliver consulting services, primarily management, human resources and information technology, to assist organizations/entities in achieving their vision, goals and objectives, both tactically and strategically.
Significant Accomplishments:
Contracted (2005 – 2010) with Boozer Enterprises, LLC , McDonald’s Franchisee in Brunswick and St. Simons Island, GA as their Human Resources Director. Environment consisted of 5 locations and 300 employees.
• Established, enhanced and personally executed all aspects of the Human Resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, coaching and disciplinary actions, including terminations. Turnover average 50 % compared to industry average of 120 %. Customer Satisfaction (Customer Complaint Calls) reduced from 3 to 1 per month per restaurant).
• Implemented, administered and monitored all Employment Policies and Procedures and oversight of Regulatory and Legal Adherence. Restaurant Performance (measured by Mystery Shopping and Full/Short Operating Reviews conducted by Florida Region) increased 5 percentage points.
• Managed workers compensation and unemployment compensation. No unemployment compensation claims awarded by State of Georgia against Boozer Enterprises, LLC.

Led the Application Delivery Function for Regions Financial Corporation. Scope of responsibility includes providing support, enhancement and development services as well as strategic/tactical architectural direction for the application delivery function for mainframe and distributed (including web based) systems/platforms for Regions Technology and for Regions Financial Corporation. 4 Functional/Organizational Units, Multi-State Reporting Responsibility with 8 Direct Reports and 250 Associates. Served on the Corporate Quality Leadership Council.
Significant Accomplishments:
• Implemented a Transition and Transformation Process to include both tactical and strategic direction for the Application Delivery Function for the Corporation. Deliverables Included:
- Employee Career Development - Change Management - Communication Process
• Improved both the quality and quantity of application delivery as well as establishing a reputation with internal clients of responsiveness. In 2003, completed nearly 50 projects and 750 requests for the internal clients, in addition to expending 145,000 hours on Production Support (130,000 Regular Maintenance and 15,000 hours Production Issues).
• Established a stronger and more cohesive relationship and support function with the other Regions Technology functional areas, such as Technology Operations, Telecommunications, Information Management, Architecture, Project Management and Business Liaison.
• Formulated and Executed a very proactive process, including documentation, testing, communications and education to address the Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Issues/Policies within Application Delivery.

Championed the Information Technology direction and services for Zions Bancorporation. Management of functional areas included providing information technology services, acquisition and conversion services and strategic planning for information technology to the holding company, lead bank and affiliate banks. Significant Accomplishments:
• Participated as part of the Corporate Merger/Acquisition Team comprised of Zions and First Security. Major responsibility was the Human Resources advocate and champion.
• Reduced annual operating expenses by $ 1.5 million by negotiating enterprise telecommunications contract.
• Reduced annual operating expenses (and improved services) by $ 400,000 by negotiating enterprise printer contract and CPU contract.
• Executed corporate-wide desktop, LAN and Wan architectural upgrade encompassing 5000 desktops and almost 1000 servers in a 6-state geography.
• Instrumental in the organizing and coordinating the pre-merger information technology activities between Zions Bancorporation and First Security. Actually moved the Zions Datacenter to First Security (and back) without any customer (internal and/or external) impact.
