Mike is managing the website deployment using Virtual Town Hall's (vendor) CMS product. VTH is developing the site and Mike is managing the content gathering and delivery on the client side. This is a total redesign from the original Town website greatly expanding the functionality & features that the original site lacked. Project Manager responsible for implementing a VOIP phone system from Comcast Business Systems.

When the Town budget committee cut the phone system funding out of the current year's (2010-11) budget, Mike went ahead and found a way to put in the system with no capital expenditure. In the end, the system is expected to return a 50% saving on annual expense of $8,000 over the next fiscal year.

• The system was an upgrade for the 20 phones at the Town Hall. This is phase 1 of a multiple phase deployment to the three remaining municipal (police, fire and public works) buildings for an estimated additional $3,000 to $5,000 yearly savings.

• Working with the vendor Quality Computers, who manages the current IT infrastructure, Mike coordinated the tasks between Comcast & Quality, scheduled the installation of routers and the new switch.

• Mike also worked with Protel, who he hired to run Cat5 cabling throughout the building to the dozen areas that required new cabling.
