I have thirty- five years of experience in the commercial construction industry and have been involved in many large and challenging projects. Over my career, he has progressed from field engineer, assistant superintendent, superintendent, estimator, project manager to his current position as Principal in Charge/Project Executive/Pre-Construction Services. Additionally I have significant experience in Judicial Centers, Educational K-12, Hotel/Hospitality, Hospital/Medical/Healthcare, High Rise Offices, Library’s, Mid & High Rise Condominiums, Sports facilities, Military facilities as well as Specialized Structural Support Foundation Systems. I have a demonstrated the ability to bring together the many interest of a project and provides a full cycle, Bid, Buy and Build ability to the organization. While completing my degree at night I joined Frank Briscoe, Inc. I was put through Carpenter apprentice school where I was concentrating on all aspects of self performed concrete. I was brought through every dept. in the firm and obtained an education in construction industry for which I could not afford to pay. I was elevated from carpenter foremen to superintendent, after a few years I was elevated to a project engineer and then to a project estimator. I had a great deal of exposure to all faucets of the firms working operation.
