• Personally managed Credit Agricole's single most profitable corporate account, Zell Industries. Grew this relationship from $35 million to over $150 million in commitments. Also responsible for organizing prospecting initiative to large corporations located in Chicago.
• Grew the Chicago Metro based loan portfolio from $300 million to over $500 million in commitments while experiencing no loan write-offs. Concurrently, expanded the Chicago Metro Team from two to seven successful members.
Wells Fargo Bank, Chicago, IL, 1989 - 1992

Established an initiative to call on corporate customers in Wisconsin, managed a loan portfolio in excess of $150 million. Co-managed Wells Fargo's co-lead position in the West Point Pepperell leveraged buyout.
• Helped to sell down nearly $1.0 billion in loan assets upon Wells Fargo's decision to exit the corporate lending market in Chicago.

Participated in developing and managing a pilot program treating conservation as an energy resource.
• Provided upfront payments to commercial building owners for implementing energy efficient systems in their buildings. Savings from these measures were then shared between the building owners and BPA. This pilot program has since become a permanent program in BPA's conservation department as well
as serving as the model for numerous other conservation projects throughout the USA.
