Responsibilities:

Understanding the procedures & processes involved in production/development support.

Handling various kinds of Tickets/ Issues involved in SD, FI Functional areas which include providing analysis, update and resolution to issues and never missed the SLA.

Worked on BEx Query Designer using filter, variable, formula, selection.

Monitoring the process chains and analyzing the reasons for failures of Info packages and resolving issues.

Maintaining Reconciliation’s to verify the data in SAP R/3 and SAP BW are same or not after the data loads.
