Facilities Management
• Established a standard of work procedures for all facilities staff in accordance with established policies and practices of the facility.
• Planned work schedules, hours, areas of work and job duties to ensure adequate facilities services; HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other aspects of facilities maintenance.
• Regularly inspected and evaluated job duties; recommended faster alternatives, fixed additional errors made.
