SYNOPSIS
During my 30 years in the hospitality industry, I have written building operation procedures and equipment preventative maintenance programs for both Marriott and Starwood Hotels. These experiences allow me to operate buildings efficiently and manage engineering departments on budget. I have been on teams that opened both hotels and resorts, with construction costs in excess of $300 million. I have been the Project Manager for capital improvements and renovations totaling over $75 million. I helped design and open Marriott’s first Historic Landmark Registry property. While living in Florida, I was appointed to the Orange County Building Code Board of Adjustments and Appeals for three terms.
