• Prepared preliminary efforts to design fire protection systems: Wet, Dry, Pre-action, Deluge, Spray Mist systems, Standpipe and Combine Standpipe services, selected Fire pumps, FM-200 suppression systems, hydraulic calculations on Hass 8
• Managed project of modernization of plumbing and fire protection fixtures at Homeport Relocation of Staten Island Supreme Court and Criminal Court buildings
• Performed risk assessment feasibility study for mixed use occupancy vacated building at various locations
• Provided relocation design of Domestic Hot water Heating System located in Central Plant of OMRDD
• Designed plumbing/fire protection systems for multi- level bed units, r&d laboratories, dialysis centers, radiology areas, cancer units, critical care units, children units, dorms, cafeterias and mechanical equipment rooms within facilities

• Provided Lead Design support for NYC School Construction Authority and NJ School Construction Consortium in regards to all plumbing and fire protection utilities piping and equipment such as : Design, calculate, size and select fixtures, piping material equipment location and efficiency for cold & hot water piping, vent, storm, gas, vacuum, compressed air and lab facility piping
