Responsibilities: My daily duties were to manage all new business pending cases with specific carriers and to follow up with the agent or affiliate on a daily basis for case status depending on what is needed for that case. I ordered medical records and Inspection Reports that were required for each specific case.

Responsibilities: My daily duties were to process all new business applications and delivery requirements to specific carriers. I helped all other case managers with any requests for their cases. I would help check outstanding case status’ with licensed agents and other case managers through email or by phone. I also imaged/scanned all documents to each carrier and over-night documents such as applications, premium checks, policies and mail.
