SYNOPSIS OF EXPERIENCE

Inspection and Quality Control/Assessment for various state agencies, universities, private sector firms (including insurance inspection). Many repeat clients. Work includes physical field inspections of commercial, industrial and residential buildings/structures and lands for procurement and/or damage assessment due to natural and manmade events. In-depth detailed reports include technical and legal documentation research and verification, field investigation, planning, pre-design, layout, CAD design/drafting, photo documentation and reference, exhibit creations, formatting and editing, etc. Due Diligence investigation, research and field inspection of facilities for the translation of findings into clear, concise documents for various audiences and end users.

Technical engineering and project management experience from conception through completion (research, planning, pre-design, contract/technical writing, design/drafting (manual/CADD), construction layout, supervision and inspection, project evaluation and management, check-out and start up, and as-built documentation) of new construction, re-vamp, in-plant/shut-down and historic projects.

Licensed Florida Certified General Contractor comfortable with all 16 Divisions of Construction; various computer programs ( Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, MS Project Manager, AutoCad, SureTrack etc.); excellent technical writing, organization, project management and self-motivated skills. Able to work as independent contractor (1099 status) or full/part-time employee.
