Marketing businesses and setting appointments for prospects/leads, buyers and recruit potential employees is a major focus of this position.

In this position I am also responsible for helping families make a good financial decision best for their family needs and handling customer complaint and problems and bringing about a resolution.

I was responsible for giving a one hour presentation to families, individuals, and Corporations, which allowed them the opportunity to become a member of our company. I was responsible for providing security and care for the needs of prisoners while incarcerated. Learned how to deal with difficult situations and problems. I wrote multiple reports on different types of incidents. As a Supervisor I managed 10-15 Officers on the shift, handle many complaints and problems.
