Project Description

Dassault Falcon Jet (Little Rock), the main completion center for all Falcon jets worldwide, is among the best-equipped in the world and its technical capability without peer. And it is the technical capabilities and the passions of more than 1,500 employees that allow them to make each customer’s ideal become a reality.

Current production model Falcons are manufactured in France, then flown in “green” condition to the completion center where the optional avionics and a custom interior are installed, and the exterior is painted. It is in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA that the entire aircraft is put together, from the wire bundle avionics and electrical installation, upholstery fabrication, cabinet finishing, exterior painting interior installation, system checks and flight testing, all the way to customer acceptance and delivery

Responsibilities:

• Using Patran to define loads, boundty conditions and material properties

• Composite Engineering using CATIA V5 (CPD) for making fuselage, center wing box, belly fairing, vertical tail, floor panels and beams.

• Fatigue analysis using ANSYS

• Catia solid modeling, surfacing, detail, layout, and design of aerospace parts, assemblies and components using multi-model techniques, plus introduction of "generative shape modeling" (GSM or skin function) through.

• 3D modeling of Center Fuselage., 3D modeling of Cockpit, 3D modeling of Secondary brackets, 3D modeling of Wing structure using Unigraphics
