September 1996 - Present: Cleaning, Etc. - Crystal Lake, IL

Partner-Owner: Managed a small commercial cleaning services firm in the Northwest suburbs. The specialty has been to serve businesses situated in 500-5000 square foot office spaces. During this time, we have successfully competed directly with major franchises for territory and acquired contracts from such notable companies as psychologists, current and former heads of the local county law bar associations, technology regional offices and marketing sales offices amongst others.

February 1992 - August 1996: Presidential Mortgage Company - Arlington Heights, IL

Residential Loan Officer: Maintained being the Top Sales Producer for over three years in the solicitation of home loans. Duties consisted of telemarketing qualified leads as well as cold calling prospects; Made office presentations to real estate agents and prospective clients for developing new business.

July 1988 - February 1992: Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) - Barrington, IL

Branch Accounting Manager: Accomplished the creation of NEW Marketing Cost & Sales Analysis for Recycling Program start-up profit center.
