• Steered the company to its first ever FSC Controlled wood and Chain-of-Custody Certificates
• Responsible for all the company Forest Certification activities and compliance with international treaties and agreements which Ghana is a signatory
• Wrote/developed all applicable Forest Certification Manuals such as Log tracking, TUC Management/operational plans, Forest Reserve Management Plans, Chain-of-Custody, High Conservation Values Forests etc
• Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating activities of FSC Certification requirements against all logging operations
• Co-ordinate technical capacity building of all forest and factory workers
• Implementing and managing corporate Social Responsibility Agreements in forest fringe communities where company operates
• Design, implement and co-ordinate all reforestation and commercial plantation development activities
• Design and implement all logging operations in line with sustainable forest management towards the achievement of forest certification
• Co-ordinate activities of community company relation and payment of compensation
