March 08-Sept. 11, 09. Department of Defense contractor, proficient Quality Assurance Officer/Project manager, at Logistics Health Inc for all health care providers within their nationwide network, and as a Physician Assistant. Successfully Implemented an international call center located in Michigan. Effectively screening/triaging service members though out the known world of all branches of the military including guard and reserve in their Post Deployment Health Re-Assessment (PDHRA) program.
1988 -2006 Project manager/Supervisor/Healthcare Provider: Retired with 26 years seniority as a demonstrated leader of the highest volume clinics/services-50% of patient population- within the 5 million patients enrolled in the Veterans Administration Healthcare Systems. Data driven documented core competencies such as project/practice management, project accounting/financial management, communication, technical understanding of sophisticated equipment and the health information technology/electronic medical records, leadership, teamwork with client management skills I was appointed Clinical Supervisor of each department, as well as a Physician Assistant within their Surgical Service, Ophthalmology & Orthopaedics.
1984-89 Physician Assistant, healthcare provider in a rural Family Practice Clinic and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Oklahoma. P.A. with duties and responsibilities in clinics, emergency rooms, Nursing Homes, hospitals plus a national air lift mission with the federal marshals as their medical officer.
