• Obtains quotes, oversees budgets and execution of capital improvements, coding invoices for payment, resolve payment and delivery issues, researching equipment

• Oversee all outsourced manufacturers representatives and vendors performing work at the facility

• Negotiates price and service levels

• Coordinate schedules and coverage to meet operational needs

• Manage work orders and purchase orders, including preventive maintenance

• Monitor the usage of parts and inventories to ensure accuracy

• Experienced in an industrial environment with technical knowledge of maintaining equipment and processes

• Responsible for promoting safety awareness, training and education for a safe working environment

• Knowledge of safety hazards and appropriate precautions applicable to work assignments

• OSHA certified trainer in power industrial trucks, aerial platforms and earthmoving equipment

• Completed OSHA training on OSHA practices in the workplace

• Trained in CPR, First Aid and Fire Safety Training

• Served on Emergency Response Team

• Assist in the selection and scheduling of vendor training

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and 5S Methodology

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Above average computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle deadlines, variable workloads and being on-call as required

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Generalist of electrical, mechanical and facilities experience

• Working knowledge of production operation including equipment and materials

• Technical knowledge with PLC controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical
