Managed international projects for process plant and human water consumption, oil and tar sands recovery/production and water purification. Projects located primarily in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Alberta, Canada. Coordinated all project custom engineering design, procurement, global fabrication contracts, site firms, prime contractors and site construction general contractors. Managed matrix teams on the design, manufacturing, procurement, contracts, scheduling, financials, installation by subcontractors, and start-up through warranty period of evaporators and heat recovery systems.
