Provide strategic daily oversight to operations with a $92M budget for directorates comprising of 45 medical specialties and 2,800 personnel. Render world-class care to more than 500,000 beneficiaries annually. Hold several integral roles, including senior enlisted manager to the Commander (CEO) for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and member of the Corporate Board of Directors for a $728M healthcare organization with a staff of over 7000 personnel.

- Managed $75M comprehensive operating room (OR) renovation for 800 personnel, which added six additional ORs without service interruption.

NAVAL MEDICAL LOGISTICS COMMAND, FREDERICK, MD

Senior Executive Manager (SEM) for the Commander (CEO) 2009–2011

Played a pivotal role as member of the corporate Board of Directors of a $622M medical logistics organization. Handled and carried out four different organizations in the United States and Germany with over 490 personnel. Spearheaded the operations of $15M worth of contracts in initial outfitting and sustainment materials for a ROLE III hospital in Afghanistan.

- Contributed in monitoring over 34,000 pairs of prescription glasses and distributing a 150-bed expeditionary hospital within five days to Haiti after the earthquake.

MULTI-NATIONAL SECURITY TRANSITION COMMAND, BAGHDAD, IRAQ

Senior Executive Manager International Zone and Health Affairs 2007

Conceptualized and coordinated the setup of medical and non-medical equipment and supplies, amounting to $6M, at 7 level I and II medical clinics. Provided expert direction to start-up operation, from ground up, of 4 level I and II medical clinics that generated more than $14M in medical supplies supporting more than 50,000 Iraqi security forces throughout Iraq.
