Resume:

Dear Sir/Madame

I believe that I possess the qualities and qualifications that you are seeking. I am an honours graduate from Herzing College in Microcomputers and Networking A.E.C. There, I acquired skills and competencies needed to build, install, configure, and maintain Windows server and client Operating Systems. I have worked with Microsoft Office suite in all my previous jobs and schools, including Herzing. In the absence of the school’s network administrator I worked at Herzing College during the summer vacation. Tasks included ghosting, joining the domain, cabling, troubleshooting hardware, and installing software. I was also offered a tutoring post at Herzing College as a result of my academic performance, attitude and communication skills. I completed a six month internship as a computer technician at a PC repair and sales firm, where I gained experience dealing with customers. I also gained extensive experience communicating with customers on all levels (via telephone, email and direct contact) in English and French at my last jobs as a Helpdesk Agent, and a Computer Technician. I am a quick learner genuinely committed to quality and accuracy. I am a very reliable individual able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. I believe in my ability to get the job done.

Not only would I be a very enthusiastic and hardworking addition to your organization, but I too will benefit as this is an opportunity to utilise and further develop my skills and competencies. As my attached resume shows, I have clearly demonstrated a record of academic success in both theory and practical skills, and work experience which will also be transferred to your company.

Thank you for viewing and considering my application. I can be contacted at your convenience at ********@*****.** or 514-***-****.

Sincerely,

McEnroe Thomas

Network Administrator / Helpdesk Technician/ PC Technician
