• Received two IC solder patents; applied for point of use Epi scrubber patent.

• Extended weekly scrubber clean to a six week clean.

• Implemented re-plating of LPE Epi reactor gold RF coils resulting in improved process capability.

• Facilitated silicon electrode clean + re-use program resulting in $250K savings annually.
