• Solved chronic PE Aligner mercury lamp explosions.
• Received two IC solder patents; applied for point of use Epi scrubber patent.
• Extended weekly scrubber clean to a six week clean.
• Implemented re-plating of LPE Epi reactor gold RF coils resulting in improved process capability.
