(CV):

Dear Employer:

I am writing to inquire about the position that your organization has available. In addition to my counseling skills, I am proficient with the requirements assigned to me. Please consider this letter as my formal application presenting my background, education and experience. If my abilities meet the needs of your organizations, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity of speaking with you personally at your earliest convenience. I am certain I would prove to be an asset at your organization.

I have an Associate Degree in Multimedia Video from Borough of Manhattan Community College. Along with my degree I have six years of experience as a Counselor and Educational Consultant. During my education I have learned to use my knowledge of working with people and transitioning my multimedia knowledge on working with adolescents. Along with the knowledge I have gained the experience by working in schools and in camps with both children and adolescents.

I have been honored to volunteer with the students of John F. Kennedy H.S. and have guided them through the process of completing their short films. Along with this project I have also been a counselor for Camp TLC (Teens Living with a Challenge). Here I was able to mentor and help children and adolescents overcome their challenges with HIV. The most recent achievement I have accomplished has been while I have been working with the YMCA. Within this organization I have been able to work with children throughout their school years. I have coordinated lesson plans for my students which have helped them complete their projects and manage them with difficult assignments. I have also prepared a safe, fun and educational environment for my students. Among this I have learned it is important to guide students throughout their challenges; whether it may be through school work or during their personal tests.

"Only when a person achieves consistency in their productivity, will he/she be able to achieve comprehensive growth on a professional level." I personally feel a person can achieve anything they put their minds to however one must always have to be consistent in whatever task they are looking for growth because without a person being consistent one may not be able to accomplish the growth they may want. When one reaches a professional level he/she has to understand that productivity comes along with the growth and accomplishments.
