Supplier Quality Engineering Specialist for Accessories (2008-2012 working with plastic components, painted plastic, power solutions, leather materials);

• Establishing and achieving product yield objectives in collaboration with supplier(saving over 2M in the last 2 years);

• Working closely with Mechanical Engineers and Supplier Quality team to conduct root cause analysis and implement immediate containment and corrective actions;

• Interfacing with mechanical engineers, commodity managers, component engineers, RF, Hardware Engineering for test validations and part qualification reducing the development cycle time from 2 years to 6 months;

• Issue, manage and control the SCAR generated during the supplier audits or MP; working with the vendor on the implementation of the corrective actions;

• Working with supplier to improve score card and risk ranking performance;

• Conducting LRA for new part qualification and on site FAI; run@rate ;

• Leading the team for QMS audits for new and existing suppliers base on ISO 9001/2008 requirements;

• Conducting audits for new technology and process(line readiness audits) base on industry related standards and ISO 9001/2008;

• Familiar with Toyota continuous improvement systems (kaizen, just in time, muda, poka-yoke, 5S )

• Familiar with SPC, DOE, process capability studies, ECR, ECI, and 5P.
