Perform and document triage assessments, assist provider in completion of psychiatric evaluations by acquiring collateral information, conduct family consultations, compile home studies and make recommendations, organize and maintain client files, verify client references, submit client applications to the court for adoption certification, enforce and monitor training requirements of potential foster parents, and approve licensure of potential foster parents, supervise staff of up to 30 employees, organize/supervise activities for 40-60 children, monitor shift change procedures, enforce protocols and licensing requirements, maintain constant knowledge of appointments and whereabouts for children, primary contact person regarding school or appointment matters for all children, maintain a sizeable caseload, provide bi-weekly visitation with clients, implement behavior modification methods, provide therapy for children of various ages, consult with CPS regarding well-being of clients, attend hearings, monitor progress and behavior improvements in both school and home, and assist parents with locating other helpful services for the child and family, compile quarterly progress reports and service plans, collaborate with DHS and child advocate regarding child safety and well-being, attend hearings and testify for safety, and monitor supervised legal family visitation as well as compose visitation schedules.

Lead PS-MAPP training for foster/adoptive parents; created agency forms required for licensure and certification; attended monthly supervision and training sessions.
