- Responsible for Architectural support and coordination of construction documents for American Airlines’ $120 Million, 500,000 sf, 5 story terminal CD-infill at Miami International Airport.

Dolphin Mall Associates - Miami, Florida (August 99 to August 00)

Owner Representative & Tenant Coordinator

- Responsible for anchor and restaurant tenants totaling over 300,000 sf, in the construction of the 1.7 Million sf Dolphin Mall in Miami, Florida.

- Managing and executing Contract negotiations.

- Tracking and maintaining a $23.8 Million Budget for various phases of construction.

- Verifying conformance with design and construction criteria.
