June 2008 – Sept 2010 Web Officer and Head FT Administrator – Oxford Radcliffe Hospital, NHS.

To keep up-to-date the NHS website and intranet. Also, head of the Foundation Trust (FT) office that looks after currently 5000 members.

Main duties included:

• Maintain the hospital website up-to-date, with latest news.

• Post all relevant news on the intranet in daily basis.

• Deal with 5000 members of the Foundation Trust over the phone, post or emails.

• Maintain the database (Membership Management Online).

• Organise events for members in different locations throughout Oxford.

• Training of A-level students from local schools.

• Daily Offices duties.
